Article is fantastic! Appreciate your effort in getting into your blog. It's all history. Current proposal is in draft version. It is going through negotiation exercise. India should accept finally. But remember, Current situation is all CIVIL WAR is over. Now the people should move on, if there is any issue it needs to be brought into whole world notice . As a Human rights! the whole world will fight against Srilanka! The world has changed . No individual / Government cannot take up unfair decisions.
